 China Postal Stationary letter with Monkey stamp is for sale for $18000.!!

Do you think it's Genuine or this is forgery what we see in Gandhi stamps collection ?

So what are chances of following forgery stamp used on this cover and forged rubber stamp used on this cover.?

We all know how easy is to make rubber stamp ?
